Reebok’s “Year of the Question” commemorating the 20th anniversary of Iverson’s staple signature sneaker is showing no signs of slowing down, as yet another strong colorway hits Expressions this Saturday (July 2nd). This one is named “Only the Strong Survive” which symbolizes Iverson’s lifelong mentality, the vibrant orange colorway of the Question Mid is inspired by his toughness and attention-grabbing style on and off the court. The Question is built with a resilient Kevlar upper in a neon orange hue with reflective toe caps. Make sure you stop by your local Expressions for these limited sneakers.
During a press conference in 2002, The Answer said the word “Practice” 17 times in two minutes when discussing his absence from the teams pre-game workout. This infamous interview would testify to Iverson’s instinct to be true to himself. Speak your mind in the Question Mid “Practice” which will be available in Mens & Grade School sizing this weekend at select Expressions stores.

The Reebok International brand is a global company focusing on fitness footwear & apparel. In 1890 Joseph William Foster, a local sneaker producer invented the first running shoe with a spiked bottom, giving athletes more grip during competition. In 1958, the two founders & brothers Joe & Jeff Foster would rename the company Reebok, which originates from an African Antelope called the ‘grey rhebok’.
By the late 1980’s, Reebok had become a billion dollar company with signature sneakers like the Reebok Pump, which was worn by hundreds of professional athletes including Shaquille O’Neal.
In 1996, Reebok signed Allen Iverson for $50 million dollars which would begin the rise of the Reebok Question. This addition to the Reebok family would solidify the company as a juggernaut in the sneaker world.
In 2005, Adidas would acquire Reebok & help transition the company into lifestyle marketing. Most recently, Hip Hop superstars Swizz Beatz & Kendrick Lamar have signed with Reebok, carrying the torch into the next generation. Reebok footwear is now available at your local Expressions Store.
